EVERTRAK APPOINTS DENNIS MUILENBURG TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

Seasoned Executive, Engineer, and Former CEO of Boeing

St. Louis – November 17, 2023 – Evertrak, a US veteran-owned manufacturer of industry leading Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer railroad ties made from recycled plastic, announces the appointment of Dennis Muilenburg to its board of directors of NICE Holding Co LLC, the parent of Evertrak LLC.  Mr. Muilenburg, the Chairman & CEO, New Vista Capital and Chairman, Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center St Louis, brings to the board a wide range of experience and insight in manufacturing, engineering, and management. He is the former Chairman, President & CEO of The Boeing Company and was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering in 2018.

Mr. Muilenburg fills a board seat recently vacated by Jim Vena, who left Evertrak’s board after being appointed Chief Executive Officer of Union Pacific Corporation in August 2023.
